We know our patients appreciate hearing words of support from friends and family. Emailing a patient is a convenient way to send a personal message of support. About This Service

  • This service is for incoming messages only. We are not able to send replies from patients.
  • Messages received after 3pm will be delivered the next business day. Emails received over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
  • There may be delays in delivery for message received during a holiday.
  • We will be unable to deliver any messages to patients in the Emergency Department, Ambulatory Surgical Center or outpatient areas.
  • We will be unable to deliver emails to patients who have been discharged or that we can not identify as being in our hospital.
  • For the protection of our patients, messages of a questionable nature will not be delivered and will be deleted from the email system.
